ATLAS for ALUM ™
Alumni/Development Officers & ATLAS® for ALUM
Understanding the Benefits

Looking for new ways to create connections with your alumni/ae?  Providing them with access to the ATLASerials® (ATLAS®) collection creates a lasting relationship between graduates and your institution.

Through ATLAS for ALUM, you can now provide graduates access to ATLAS, an online collection of major religion and theology journals selected by leading religion scholars and theologians.  Their relationship with your library will continue, as they use ATLAS to research the history of topics from as early as 1881 to the present in more than 327,700 articles and book reviews combined.

Most importantly, graduates are grateful for their ongoing access to ATLAS.  At ATLA, we receive countless emails from alumni/ae, thanking us for our product.  Many use this valued tool in their daily routines--such as, preparing sermons, researching religious topics, or seeking guidance for pastoral care.  Here are what some current alumni/ae users have to say about ATLAS for ALUM:

  • "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am so thankful that my school, Union, subscribes!"  - Ben F. Williams, alumnus, Union-PSCE

  • "I live in a rural community and otherwise wouldn't have access to these journals.  I appreciate being able to get current information without spending a small fortune buying journals myself.  I wouldn't be able to afford it."  - Fr. Dennis Quint, alumnus, St. Thomas University

Subscriptions to ATLA Religion Database® and ATLAS through EBSCOhost are prerequistite to subscription to ATLAS for ALUM.  Please complete the application form and forward to your ATLA staff liaison:
