ATLAS for ALUM is a good program for us because many of the alumni have been interested in which library services they can continue after graduation. This gives them a very valuable electronic article resource when many others are only for current students. Some alumni are in more remote areas with no nearby theological library. Full-text citations in ATLAS are a godsend. There are many alums who have requested the service.

When the quarterly, online, e-Calling, newsletter goes out, there have been blurbs/ads about this service. Following that, I receive several e-mails requesting access to the service. This keeps the library fresh in people's minds.

There is a Special Assistant to the President for Alumni Relations, who speaks with and sends information to new graduates and other alums. These packets include information about library services and emphasizes ATLAS for ALUMS. Also, at the graduates dinner they are told of benefits available to them as alums. ATLAS is highlighted among them.
